This sail boat was modified to be used as a commercial fishing boat while enjoying the beautiful tranquility of the ocean. It has three hatch tanks for extra storage and or, store and hull your fresh caught fish to the collecting fish facility; if that’s what you would like to do… Making extra cash is always convenient.

She has a very beautiful teak interior, with nice galley, living room, bath room with shower, and two water heaters, (DC and AC). Captain’s quarters’ with connected office, four closet spaces, and lots of storing areas. Up to seven people may be accommodate to have a good night sleep. She makes a nice additional home!

The sails are in good conditions but some tuning up will be needed. Some electric wires are new. The engine has a new governor, new upgraded diesel filter, and new auto hand pump; overall is in good running conditions. The oil may need to be polish as it’s running on a bypass.
