2008 Hutchins Compac Suncat day sailer. 17 ft, great shape (hadn't been used for 5 years until I bought this Spring. New Yamaha 4 hp 4 stroke motor (less than 5 hours) with warranty. Sails is in excellent condition with Trailer (Trailer has some rust) and new battery. Everything works. Family did not like sailing, going to sell/trade for power boat :(. $8900 firm. Recent reduction in price is because - although we have a wood rudder, we found out we don't have the extension rudder? We are not sailors.
