Hi! Clean and Clear title of IL. Trailer comes with the boat, I have everything original on this boat, but man has it been maintained! Sails are in mint condition, the boat needs a coat of wax for sure but it glides very well through the water. This 1981 Fiberglass hull sailboat is a fun racing boat that will be sure to catch your wind! at just under 16 feet It is best for a 2-3 crew unless your an experienced sailor. This was my first sailboat to learn on and I hope whoever wins the bid will enjoy it as much as I have. Good Luck!

Everything is included by the way, the sails which are in great condition and have been stored properly, life preserves x 2, a captains hat x2 ropes,buoys, manual, weather vane, all original pieces of wood and the newer oak cuts.
