Gorgeous Restored 1978 Hydrostream Vector 17', House of Color Paint 240 hp EFI!!

Up for auction is an beautifully restored 1978 Hydrostream Vector 17' speedboat. This boat has been totally restored back to like new condition! Everything on this boat was professionally restored with an open checkbook! There is over $6000 just in to New Transom, all new stringers, all new floors, and of course all new balsa core pad bottom installed. With all that done the boat then had all new gelcoat sprayed on, and then was finished off with an super bad ass House of color metallic dark blue paint job. The boat has an 1987 Chrome bore 2.4Litre Mercury 245 hp EFI Bridgeport race motor. The motor is an fresh rebuild with only 4 hours on it, with offshore factory drilled midsection with single piece exhaust plate with built in Bridgeport tuner, and single ram race power tilt & trim with steering wheel mounted blinker trim controls.Block was sent out and re-plated with all new chrome. Then motor had 6 new pistons installed and rings. All new metal caged rod bearings were put in, all new crank sealing rings, all new seals and gaskets throughout motor as well. Injectors were cleaned and flow tested, new fiberglass seven petal reeds put in too. The motor has an Bobs manual jackplate with 4" of set back and 6" of lift. Has Bobs low water pick up nose cone with 1.87 gears in the lower unit. Lower unit was just gone through and resealed this last winter. The boat has an anodized blue MoMo billet steering wheel, billet shifter, and has hot foot gas pedal. Boat also has SeaStar Pro hydraulic steering! Motor also comes with an brand new Spinelli 28p Cleaver propeller! There is an nice marine stereo system installed as well. Boat comes on an very nice newer Shorelandr trailer with new mags and tires. This boat turns heads wherever it goes, I guarantee you will get more attention than you care to with this boat!!!
