Coronado 25 Sailboat with Slip paid until April 2018

Coronado 25 sailboat with 6 hp Johnson seahorse,outboard engine. Sails include main, storm main, jib and genoa.Great cheap way to sail on the bay and then enjoy the live music and food at the marina. I sailed this boat daily last summer but have since moved back to the Pittsburgh area and don't want to see it sitting.Slip fee is paid until April of 2018. Marina has a restaurant and outdoor bar, newly remodeled bathroom and showers. I'm sure by now the boat will need a good cleaning, the previous owner started to redo the electrical, I have the interior lights and deck nav lights sorted out but still needs the mast lights sorted out. Slip is transferable and renewable.
