24 ft San Juan 24 keel sail boat on metal cradle in Grand River Ohio, near Cleveland. Sail worthy. All the cushions and sails are good. Anchor. (Outboard motor not included but I have one that perfect for it also for sale) included 4 sails like main sail, genoa, storm jib and spinnaker and spinnaker pole. Sleeps 4. Small area for porta potty, kitchen area and water storage. Swimming ladder and life jackets. Included is bell and flairs, fire extinguisher and anchor to be legal vessel. Needs no boat license.
All the rigging and pulleys and floating winch handle included. Has some repairs, and I have some extra boat bottom paint to touch it up the red bottom paint. If you buy this boat you must pay by April 1st. Boat storage and scheduling a launch is done by grand river marine Inc . I believe a dock there is $1100 a year there for this boat. but it is on a steel cradle and about 6000 lbs. so if you wanted to transport via flat bed, you could. Call grand river marine they have the travelift strap sling lift to lift it up to put it in the water or on a truck. It's been to the Bahamas and back. Cash me ousside how bow daht.
