Description

Arch Davis design (Sand Dollar) wooden sailing/rowing/motoring boat. Built by experienced wood worker and in excellent condition. System 3 epoxy/stainless steel screw construction. Marine varnish finish on woods. Two part LPU paint on planking. Woods used: red oak, tulip poplar, white pine spars. Planking, bottom, and stern made from Okume marine plywood. Lift out floor boards for cleaning. Center board construction pivots up for rowing. Oars included. Rudder and tiller controls. Rows like a dream, very fast. Fun to sail. Can be used with under 3 hp motor and about 30 lb. The 2004 Venture trailer included and in excellent condition. Boat and trailer used very little. For most of its life boat stored inside. Boat and trailer are titled, so transfer at a notary is necessary. Free delivery within 200 miles of Raleigh NC or $50 delivery up to 500 miles from Raleigh NC. Farther distance must be picked up at the 500 mile limit I will deliver.
