There is also approximately 300' 3/4" three-strand nylon and braided dock-lines of assorted lengths.Hull/ExteriorThe hull is 5/4" mahogany and was painted above the water with Awlgrip. No known rot exists. The whole hull was re-caulked a couple of years back and should be good for many, many years. Hull maintenance should be minimal. The exterior cabin was also Awlgripped.Recent Renovations & UpgradesThe mast is the original wood with spreaders added in 2014. It is rigged with a steadying sail. Two boat boxes for cordage and maintenance supplies are secured over aft cabin on a dinghy platform. The teak swim platform was replaced in 2016. The teak deck was partially removed replaced with a rubber-like surface over new sub-deck in 2012. The engine exhaust lines were replaced in 2012. The transom was removed to replace the substructure in 2012. The gunnels have been rehabbed. Bottom was sanded re-caulked, sealed and painted with Trinidad SR in Spring 2012 and repeated in Spring 2015 with the same paint. The hull and house were repainted with two-part Awlgrip white in Spring 2015 and railing and pulpit refinished with Awlgrip clear Spring 2016. New cutlass bearings installed in June 2015 and zincs for vessel bonding and for the blade-type, wire-cutting capable, prop-shaft line cutters. One inch spacers were installed to improve water flow between the cutter body and cutlass bearing on the rear struts. Interior ceiling has 2" rigid foam and 1/2' cedar T&G 3" and 6" planking in salon and after cabin.
