Here is the best boat in the world as far as I am concerned and this needs to sell as I have moved out of the area. I have a lot of money in this boat but its time to find a new owner, I only hope the new owner keeps this boat as nice as I did. I love this thing and made it as perfect as I could. THERE IS NO RESERVE. I am in the area now and could meet the prospective buyer at the boat and explain anything to him or her. This is a twin screw boat that handles like a dream. You can be stoped in the water and turn in a circle either way. Everything on this boat works as it should. This is a very nice all aluminum 1972 Marionette Seacrest Executive 41 ft. houseboat with a 14 ft beam and a 4'x10' aluminum swim platform with a nice flip down ladder for easy boarding. Total length of boat is 45 ft. This boat is almost like new and has been rebuilt about 7 years ago. Then it had 2 new 318 CI 4bbl motors installed. Has walter V drives and everything works excellent. This boat is ready to go and has been no problem since rebuilding. Also has a kohler 4500 watt genset and a xantrex 30 amp inverter system with battery bank. Also has 2 new roof top air conditioners one has a heat strip that works on shore or generated power, wall heate, capac system for checking electrolysis, new remote spot light, and a very nice head with separate shower and removable toilet for easy cleaning and no smells. It has power vents fore and aft that run 24/7 on shore power, inverted power or generated power. There is no leaks in this boat, the bilge has 2 automatic pumps. The bilge under the motors is always dry and nice. In the galley there is a new refrigerator new 2 burner electric glass cook top, that works on shore or generated power. There is a very heavy duty tri axle trailer ( very road worthy ) with brakes, new tires, and new lights. The trailer has a 2 5/16 ball. It sleeps 6 comfortably, there is a new queen size mattress that's always ready to go in the wheelhouse, in the galley the hutch makes into a bed for 2 and there is a new pull out couch in the aft state room for 2 to sleep on. This boat is made all out of aluminum except the 3/4 treated flooring. This boat has never been damaged or hit anything. These aluminum boats were made of good quality materials and were meant to last many many years. The quality workmanship in the interior and exterior of the boat is awesome. The sun deck on top is strong and will support a lot of weight ( fun to jump off in the water) and the lower top deck you can pitch a tent for the kids. There is plenty of room for setting on the fore deck and also the aft deck. Also the boat had new wall to wall carpeting and new drapes all around it. The boat is in Onoville NY and could stay there call Amy at the marina to be sure. This is a big boat, don't expect to pull it with a pickup. Also it needs to be permitted for over width if its taken on the road. I have a big single axle Volvo tractor I pull it with and that is available for sale if the boat sells. To answer some questions I am getting, the Houseboat is in Onoville Marina Steamburg NY, Western New York. It weighs about 10 ton and the trailer is very heavy duty and ready for interstate speeds. The trailer weighs about 3-4 ton. When I bought the boat I pulled it from New Jersey to NY. I have a 92 single axle road tractor to pull it. 70 MPH is no problem. The tractor has a sleeper, Volvo motor that was recently rebuilt and runs new, Volvo 10 speed trans,low and high rear, cruise, diff lock, a toter hookup and 5th wheel plate, air that needs attention. This tractor is only for sale after the boat sells as I need it to put the boat in and out. $7000. will buy the tractor. A one ton truck will not pull this boat. Google boat hauling to get a price to move this boat to your marina. This boat is not over height, it is only over width. Just under 14 ft. Thanks

I just Googled Aluminum Cruisers on the internet and It states this boat weighs 13000 lbs. Draft is 28", Freeboard is 40" freeboard aft 33" Hull bottom 3/16, hull sides 1/8", superstructure 1/8, Headroom 6'3", speeping capacity is 6, Cabin Length is 27 ft.
