1997 maxum scr 23 ft cuddie cabin

Selling my 1997 Maxum SCR 23 Ft. Cuddie Cabin. This boat is an in/outboard with a 4.3 Ltr. Mercruiser. Boat starts right up no problem and is running smooth. There is NO hour counter on this motor. This boat features deck seating that folds down to a sunning bed, seating for 6 comfortably, a bathroom which includes shower head ( I had never used the fresh water system, never even de-winterized it from previous owner), couch seating area that can convert to a sleeping bed, small kitchen area that includes ice box and alcohol burner and operational sink, a separate small bedroom to sleep 2 adults, and all table hardware and windows for ventilation. Boat is on a trailer and has NOT been in the water this season. I am selling it because we do not have the time to enjoy the boat for the amount of associated cost of owning it. I bought it from the previous owner out of Lake Michigan (fresh water boat!). This would be my 3rd season of owning the boat but have barely used it since owning it, as I started a business which occupies all of my time. Since I have owned it I have had it tuned up, installed 1 new battery, brand new prop., brand new fuel pump, brand new starter, and brand new solenoid. I also have a brand new Depth Finder digital display to replace the broken one currently in the dash. Boat has the trailer, cover, Bimini top, 2 anchors, and anything you would need to take it and on the water today!
