Description
This boat has been professionally maintained, and is in excellent condition. It has only 240 hours, and runs perfectly, as you can see in this video taken in November 2016 just before the motor was winterized: SEE A VIDEO OF THIS BOAT

Please Note:
Everything on the boat works except the trim tab gauges (trim tabs work fine) and the speedometer. There is also a small chip (about 1/2 inch - cosmetic) on the cabin door step. The boat has been stored high and dry since I bought it, so bottom painting was not necessary. If the boat is going to be stored in a slip, It will need a fresh coat of bottom paint.
Please note that a trailer is not included, and he boat does not have air conditioning.
Most photos were taken in the summer of 2016. A couple of them were taken in the summer of 2015. The video was made in November 2016. Nothing has changed since the photos, and all known defects are listed above.
She is winterized every year, and professionally maintained by the marina. The hull is waxed regularly.
I am the second owner. The previous owner kept her in the upper Potomac (fresh water) for 6 years. I'm selling her because I bought a sailboat.
I will be happy to answer any questions.
