The DONOR of this boat/Trailer/RV/Vehicle (item) provided the above information to BEST SOLUTIONS. We have no resources to physically inspect and verify accuracy of the information. This sale is with NO GUARANTEE. Item is SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. Please check pictures of the boat, RV or other item donated.

100% of purchase price is for our charity. Our mission is to help to who needs it most, children, elderly and helpless. We support many volunteer organization food programs and medical facilities as well.

DONOR DESCRIBED THE VEHICLE:

1993 Mariah boat Hull - project. No engine or outdrive is included. Hull is good condition fiberglass. Donor was planning built fishing boat out of it. Hull comes with bill of sale.

2 axle trailer is included. Trailer does not have ID plate. It would have to be registered as home built trailer. Donor have 3 wheels only. Tires are cracked.

This vehicle/boat/RV and/or trailer have not undergone a recent inspection or mechanic check. Engine, the hull, seats, or any part of the boat including upholstery, boat covers, mechanical parts, sails or trailer ma need some work to be done and Best Solution Charity does not make any guarantees. We have not physically verified running status of the vessel/vehicle.

Payment Terms:

In the event contact is not made within 24-hours of the end of the auction and/or payments are not made by the specified times, Best Solutions Charity reserves the right to re-list the item.

Upon end of the auction Buyer needs to request final invoice from Best Solutions Charity. The invoice will include document fees.

The payment is due within 3 days (72 hours) of the end of the auction. AN ADDITIONAL $99.00(document handling fee) is added to the final bid price. The invoice may be paid either via or Cashier’s Check or Money order VIA OVERNIGHT COURIER addressed to:

Item Pick up:

Thebuyer is responsible for arranging shipping and/or transportation from its auction location and for all associated costs. The vessel, trailer or vehicle must be removed within 10 days of auction end.
