2002 Lowe Roughneck, R1752VPT, Jet drive, with pods, Johnson 40 Jet, freshwater

For sale a good used Lowe roughneck R1752VPT, with a Lowe bunk trailer and a Johnson 40hp Jet. This boat is well equipped with a sun top a Minnkota 70pd autopilot trolling motor. It has two Lowrance depth finders a Elite 5HDI on the console and a Elite 3X up front. This has an electric anchor, three seats with pedestals and a butt seat and pedestal. Overall the boat is in nice condition it does have some scratches on the starboard side as seen in pics and some scratches in the bottom, but not in bad shape at all. This is water ready it comes with batteries and two fuel tanks. This is equipped with a live well. I am selling this for a customer of mine, who has used it locally on the Mississippi river. This has been in freshwater all of its life.
The motor is a 2001 Johnson 40 hp jet, this was a factory jet motor. The motor has been converted to a premix. This starts and runs great, and it has been well maintained, the jet is not damaged. We have checked the motor over in the shop and all three cylinders were at less than 5% leak down which is excellent. The leak down test measures the percentage of air that leaks past the piston and rings, this is more accurate than a compression test. So in this test the gauge reads 0-100 and 100% is the worst, typically when you get over 20% you start to notice running issues, you want to be as close to 0% as possible however most larger hp motors have some leak down. This one checks out great. This is 3 cyl motor and this same motor in a prop drive would come in 50, 60 and 70hp. So you will get good performance out of this motor.
The trailer is a bunk Lowe brand trailer of the same age, this has had the bearings checked and the lights checked over and everything is in good working condition. This has good tires and includes a spare. This trailer also has a swing tongue.
Overall this is great boat package, that is equipped with a lot of extras. This boat has also had pods welded to the back for additional flotation.
