1990 Larson 25 San Marino aft cabin with Mercruiser 5.7 - Runs well - No reserve

This NO RESERVE listing is for a 1990 Larson 25 San Marino Aft cabin with low hours. We are selling this boat for a third party and our description is based on our visual observations during inspection, previous owners statements and short engine test run. THE TRAILER SHOWN IS NOT INCLUDED OR FOR SALE. It is our yard trailer that we picked the boat up on.
The boat has had only 2 owners with the previous owner having the boat since it was only 2 years old. It is in decent shape but needs some clean up. The engine runs very well and the outdrive is clean other than having remnants of spray anti-fouling paint on it (no heavy build up). We started the engine and it fired up fast as it was properly winterized. It runs extremely well and starts instantly. The outdrive shifts smoothly with no hesitations. We started it using our jumper pack so we are unsure of the batteries condition. They will need to be charged at the very least. Please watch the live video below the ad. The interior has some stains and there are no cushions for the aft cabin. The canvas shown is all it has and needs a zipper or two and some glass cleaning /replacement. The engine hatch is getting soft but it is easy to repair as you can just remove it and cut out core from bottom and replace.
We found that most everything in the boat powered up such as interior lights, bilge pump, blower, trim tab, etc. Some things like spot light and horns will need repair. We did not test the onboard battery charger or anything on the AC system. The engine runs strong and oil is clean (see live video). It has a dual battery system with switch as well as a Fireboy auto extinguisher system.
Cosmetically it is in good shape. Gelcoat is in good shape and would buff up to a nice original gloss. Interior could use a cleaning as carpet and cushions have some stains.

The boat will need to be paid for in full within 7 days and picked up within 7 days of auction ending unless you have made other arrangements with us for delivery or storage .
We have reasonable delivery rates if needed. We are also a new trailer dealer if you would like one. A new aluminum trailer for this boat will run $3500.00. If you pick up on your trailer we will load it at no charge.
