Maintenance has always been very good. Now, under her third owner, Victoria shows nearly as well as she did when launched, following a 1.5M refit in 2009 and an additional 2011 refit of comparable value. The end result offers her in fantastic condition with incredibly tasteful new interior décor, gleaming bright-work and paint and an overall very smart purchase option for the private user or one who may like to offset a few in the charter market. Over $1.6M was spent on 2011 refit including complete interior remodel, mechanicals, paintwork, electronics. As well as new Atlas, new battery chargers, hull repaint, new electronics, new custom teak tables on bridge deck, new air conditioning throughout, new stereo in all rooms, new carpets throughout and new wall coverings. No doubt, although offered on a select basis for charter she is highly sought after as one of the few four stateroom motor yachts in her size range. Accommodations Aft on the main deck is an open but shaded seating area, suitable for alfresco dining. Decks are teak, clear wings doors open to each side deck. A varnished teak dining table with gold inlay, comfortably seats ten. A centerline bulwark door provides shore and swim-platform access. The entire aft bulkhead to the deckhouse is built of clear Lucite panels; entrance to the main saloon is via port or starboard “invisible” doors. Between the two doors is a unique circular stairway, which leads down to the aft accommodations. The main saloon is contemporary in furnishing style. Opposing couches with matching coffee tables are upholstered in earth tones. Window and door frames and hardwood trim is finished with a warm cherry stain. With low-sill windows and an essentially transparent aft bulkhead, this space is bright and inviting. At the forward end of the main saloon is a semi-enclosed dining area, separated from the saloon by modern columns, which are on either side of an aft-facing entertainment center. The starboard passageway leads to a day head, then next forward to the flybridge stairway, beyond which is a comfortable on-deck stateroom with centerline queen berth, plasma TV, suitable storage and an ensuite head compartment with separate shower, finished out with ultra-modern fixtures. This stateroom is bright, intimate and wheel-chair friendly. On the outboard side is a more formal entrance door to the main deck, with a matching mid-ship door to port. All the way forward is the galley style kitchen. (See GALLEY) Crew accommodations are down and forward of the galley. (See CREW). On the lower deck, the aft circular stairway opens into a pleasant library / foyer with a small couch, shelving and lights suitable for reading. Aft to starboard is a twin berth stateroom and the starboard stateroom features a queen berth. Each stateroom includes full sized closets and bureaus, private bath with double sinks and shower compartments, private media components and individual climate controls. Engine room access is also available via this foyer. Forward of the engine room is the full beam owner’s stateroom with private stairway which originates in the forward port corner of the main saloon. This space is grand in scale by virtue of the yacht’s 24’ beam, graciously furnished with a typical abundance of drawers, a large walk-in cedar closet, vanity area and a large bathroom with elegant appointments. The flybridge area was totally reconfigured and optimized during the 2008 refit, with a modern hot-tub, larger tender space and more intimate seating. The requisite grille, icemaker and sink were also replaced and updated. Shaded seating is available for as many as twelve. Further aft, two king sized sun pads are on either side of the hot-tub, which was fabricated with an attractive teak surround. Aft of the tub is a 40” retractable TV screen with a full menu of media choices. The business end of the flybridge is sheltered by an angled wind-screen and Pompanette seating for two, with wrap-around helm consoles and all navionics attractively flush mounted. The sloping foredeck also offers two additional sunbathing spaces, fitted with comfortable, terrycloth cushions.
