BRAND NEW MOTOR and related work!
The current owner purchased the boat in 2007 along with a then new trailer. A zippered hatch was provided for to access crawling through the transom walk-through. This is a great family boat for weekend getaways and you have all the perks.
The back deck was spacious for a boat this size and it has a slide out bench seat for rear facing crew, that slides back to access the engine hatch. The engine appeared very clean, well it should I guess for a brand new engine. The new engine was installed last November 2013 and has not been used on the water and has zero (0) hours on her! It came with an 18 month warranty. The marina didn't winterize the engine properly and insurance paid for a new one!
Great way to start your new ownership with a NEW motor! Walking forward on the port side is a spacious lounger and the cushions appear to be in very good condition...no UV damage. Under the lounger is a nice sliding window to provide natural light into the aft cabin snuggled below. The console has the usual array of gauges.
Stepping down into the cabin, immediately to port is the galley, sink, cupboards, stove and refrigerator directly below. On the starboard side is the head with sink, toilet, and shower. The boat smells clean and fresh. The V-berth with the usual dinette table is directly forward.
Accessing the circuit breakers and stereo is conveniently on the port side just before entering the aft cabin. The trailer is a newer 2007 model 5 Star roller trailer with dual axles and a spare tire.
Electronics include a depth finder, and a hand held Garmin.
This owner used the boat at Lake Champlain, fresh water use.
