Fuel tank, steering gear, dashboard, 2 pedestal seats, and even the trailer (2" ball) and spare tire are included. The COBRA outdrive and the hydraulic trim/tilt work fine and have never been separated so no air is in the lines. This outdrive, well worth the starting bid, has no issues at all.
