1997 Four Winns 200 Horizon

Up for No Reserve Auction is a 1997 4 Winns Horizon 200 with 205.4 hours. It is a 20ft bowrider with a 4.3l Volvo V6. This boat DOES NOT RUN. It has good compression, and kicks over with starting fluid. I believe the carb needs rebuilt, But I have spent a total of 20 minutes messing with it, so not 100% sure. The boat is a project, the bow seats have a couple stitches that need re done (pic above) and the boat needs a good cleaning. The carpet is dirty and has rips, so it will need new carpet. The floor is solid. The boat needs a buff on the exterior and is in good shape, you can see in pic 3 I hand buffed one small circle and it shined right up. The boat will also prob need a shift cable. The drive works as it should and the fluid is gold with know signs of water. We bought this boat as a winter project to sell in the spring, but now want to sell to free up indoor shop space for another project. I listed everything I know about the boat, and what it needs. The trailer is in good shape, the tires are solid and bearings don't have any play. IN OHIO WE DO NOT HAVE TRAILER TITLES, IT IS YOUR DUTY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER IT IN YOUR STATE. Boat has a clear title.
