Formula builds one of the highest quality boats on the market. They’re known for their very strong hull construction and for using the finest finishing materials in gel-coat, upholstery, and hardware overall. This beautiful low hour, twin engine, fuel injected 2001 Formula 280 Bow Rider in excellent example.

Power

She’s powered by two Mercruiser 4.3 efi engines with only 329 hours. The engines and outdrives have been tested and are in good running order.

There is also a power hatch lift, bilge lighting, fire suppression, Hydraulic trim tabs, and dual batteries with keyed locking switches.

Deck

The deck area is like new condition. All of the upholstery has excellent color and is nice and soft with good, tight seams. There is one small repair but it shows well. The deck carpeting is also in nice shape and is removable. There are two dinette tables which can be used together or individually and can lowered to create a deck sun pad. There the entire bow area also converts into a sun pad. One of the two deck sinks is supplied with pressure fresh water and each has a hinged corian top. The enclosed head has lighting, a hatch, porta-potti, and sink with pressure fresh water. Opposite the head is a separate enclosed storage area of about the same size.

There are a huge forward deck storage locker, a separate ski locker mid-deck, a transom storage locker behind the aft back rest, and storage under most of the seats. The seats are hinged so they won’t blow out of the boat and under the mid deck seat are very deeply molded fender holders.

The bimini top and full boat cover are all in good condition and have stainless steel frames.

Hull

The hull is in beautiful condition and has nice luster. All of the decals are in excellent condition and the bottom paint is also in good shape. There are a few very small touch ups but show well.
