Payment:
Full Payment is due within 3 days of auction end.
A 3% fee will be applied to any credit card payment over $500.For items over $1,000 only mail in or electronic payments will be accepted. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay.

Shipping:
Items will normally ship same or next business day after payment has been received.
Freight Items: Items that ship via Freight will ship to a commercial business location with a loading dock or fork truck, or we can ship to a carrier terminal near you for pickup. Please email zip code for Freight quotes.
Local Pickup. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.All items must be shipped, picked up, or removed within 14 days of the end of auction (unless prior arrangements have been made). Items left after this time will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee. The buyer will forfeit the item -- and any payments made -- when storage fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 30 days from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Without notice, items are subject to relisting immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, payment of the fees due will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup.

Feedback:We leave feedback for our customers once feedback has been received. We wait for your feedback so that we know you have received your item and are pleased with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your item, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Communication:We check email frequently. If you do not receive a response to your question within 48 hours, it's possible we may not have gotten your email.
