The snap-in carpet is included and hasn't been used in a few years so is still in good condition. There are some minor dock scuff marks, but nothing through gelcoat that can't be cleaned up with good buffing. No major damage to hull. Prop is still in good condition, but lower unit needs good cleaning as it is exposed when sitting on a lift. Some of the brown covering on the dash is flaking, but it is minor and can be fixed with vinyl repair kit for less than $20. Some of the wood around the gauges are faded from the sun and could use refinishing if you want like new condition. No tears in any of the seats. The radio works, although there are a few duplicated controls that are finicky. The switch for the hatch should probably be replaced as the contacts are dirty and sometimes you have to rock the switch a few times to get it going. The bunks on the trailer needs to be recarpeted before I put on trailer, but that is easy to do.
