For sale is a rare 2009 Cobalt 242 Wake Sports Edition Powerboat in the 3 Color Custom gel option. It was ordered with nearly every factory option available, including a loaded Stainless Arch/Wakeboard Tower Package. This special boat has extremely low hours (115) and shows like new. You won’t find a cleaner, better equipped, low hour 242 anywhere. It also has some fantastic custom add-on options.

This pristine 242 seats13 people and is very spacious and luxurious. It was optioned with the upgraded Mercruiser 5.7 MAG engine ($3,850 option) and a Bravo III outdrive with dual stainless props. Overall it is 26' long with the extended swim platform. It is approx. 29’ total length on the trailer.

For the true performance enthusiast it was optioned with the very rare Captain's Call/Silent Choice Corsa Performance Exhaust ($4875 option). At the flip of a switch select the exhaust to be completely unrestricted out the back or flow through the lower drive into the water for a quiet cruise. There is nothing like the sound of a V8 motor through the performance exhaust. Check out the video below.

The boat has 115 Hours on it (all freshwater) and is in pristine condition. It has always been stored in a heated garage when not in use. The boat has an incredible amount of storage front to back. It handles big water effortlessly and runs to 55 MPH in strong and elegant fashion. All the original documentation from Cobalt is included.

The boat was optioned with the full Wake Tower Edition Package. It includes a factory Cobalt Stainless Arch Wakeboard Tower, a Sunbrella Sunshade WakeTower Top ($9759 option), two Led lit WakeTower Speakers ($1,315 option), two Wakeboard Racks ($695 option), and a tower mirror for all water-sports ($525 option). It also has the beautiful stainless docking lights option ($1251 option). The Wakeboard Tower fully collapses flat, well below windshield height, in less than 2 minutes.

Also optioned on the boat is the factory stainless Quick Release Fender Clips, as well as the Mercury Minute Drain engine system.

This Cobalt has a few fantastic custom add-ons that really set it apart from other boats. It has custom made Faux Teak decking on the rear of the boat and the walkthrough.It is stain resistant and soft as cotton. It is an anti-slip surface and grips bare feet/shoes when wet. This is the same decking you can option on larger brand new Cobalt’s and high end vessels. This was a $1500 add-on.

Also added were 4 (2 pairs) of underwater Blue Ocean LED Brand lights below the rear extended swim platform. This makes for an amazing glowing pool for night swimming and a beautiful glowing afterburner effect when cruising. ($2,140 upgrade)

The boat has an upgraded stereo head unit with XM Satellite Radio. Polk Marine Certificated speakers,(6 total) a pair of LED lit wake tower speakers, an amplifier, subwoofer, a helm stereo remote that lets the driver control the stereo while driving, as well as a transom stereo remote, and a swim platform stereo remote.

Touches of class and quality are everywhere. LED-lit Stainless Steel Cup holders throughout, Isotta premium Italian leather wrapped sport steering wheel and LED lighting throughout the interior.
