1989 Cobalt Condurre 243 w/trailer, Mercruiser Big Block 454 Bravo, turn key

Please no bidders under 10 feedback without contacting me first. Turn key fresh water only 1989 Cobalt Condurre 243 with heavy duty tandem axle EZ Loader trailer. This was a 2 owner boat purchased new in the Alexandria Bay Area of the 1000 Islands New York. Boat is turn key and is currently in the water. Boat is in nice condition for the age, please see pics. a 7.4L Mercruiser 454 (Fully rebuilt in September 2010 for $5,900 with receipt). The gimbal/drive area was serviced in September 2014 for $3,200 with receipt. The shift cables, exhaust bellows, shift bellows, gimbal bellows, water pump impeller, new gimbal ring, new steering lever, new upper shaft, etc was all done. The lower half of the Bravo 1 was also replaced by insurance but I do not have a receipt, please see pics it is very nice. It has all new Faria gauges. New Forever Sharp steering wheel with billet adaptor. Electronics include an Impulse 4010 fish/depth/water temp finder (older model but works great). Color Garmin GPSMap 545, GPS chart plotter with built in US charts ($1,285). Pioneer CD player with 4 speakers. A lot of paperwork, manuals, receipts, GPS box etc are included. The hatch is power and the rear bench lifts. Interior is in very nice shape for the year, some normal usage for a 1989 boat, but overall very nice. Front captains chairs have flip up front bolsters to allow standing, please see pics one of the last pics shows the drivers side up. Cabin features seats on both sides and a bar. Front cuddy fabric is fair. It has 2 covers, one new lightweight whole boat cover and a mooring cover, works but is showing age. Tandem axle EZ Loader trailer is included, heavy duty 6 lug axles, 2 5/16 coupler. It has brakes but they are not working. I have a clear NYS title for the boat, no paperwork for the trailer. Overall a good running/looking big block/Bravo boat that has had a lot of work done. The exhaust shutters (prevent water from coming back in the engine in the exhaust down pipes) are clicking because the rubber edge has worn off, I have ordered new Mercruiser shutters and hope to have them in this week, has no effect on engine, just a click. It also comes with a stainless Quicksilver Mirage prop. It has a dual battery switch with 2 NEW batteries. It has trim tabs. It has a Fireboy 1301 automatic halon system that is charged. Comes with life preservers, flares, ropes, bumpers, etc. Boat is fully ready to go. As far as I know everything works, lights, gauges, electronics, etc. Suggested list price on a new 2016 Cobalt 243 is $96,500 without trailer.
