Up for auction is one really sharp looking 2000 Cobalt 246 bow rider (open bow) and a COBALT trailer (by Eagle) for sale.

It comes with one full blue snap on cover (that has been repaired with some patches and the color matches were pretty good). In 2000 the 246 was 24' 6" long and today they say they call this same boat the 25.

This COBALT is a super super nice looking and a nice riding COBALT. It is not just a boat. It is a COBALT.

The engine hour gauge states 382 hours.

The side body shows zero corrosion or dis-coloring of the white or red. It has been in storage near Willow Grove Resort in Allons, Tennessee.

From Saturday, July 22nd to Sunday, July 30th it will be on Dale Hollow Lake at Willow Grove boat dock.

This 2000 Cobalt was well maintained and taken care of.

There are some stress cracks, cracks and chips in the body.

The seats have zero tears.

It is a fresh water boat.

It has nice snap in carpet.

The front open bow area can be made into a bed with an additional cushion that I have. It just needs the fasteners and I do not have them. The cushion was never installed.

All three extra cushions have the Cobalt nice covers Velcro shut to protect them.

Everything on the back of this boat is very nice (ladder, storage area).

This Cobalt has a walk through area on the right side and there are two cushions that cover it. It also has a plastic door that latches open and closed positions. I only have photos with the cushions installed.

Also the driver dash pad vinyl cover has tear marks and it needs replaced. I was going to have it fixed next winter.

The two rotating seats do have two seat positions. One sets you above the windshield and the other sits you down looking through the windshield.

The Sony stereo in the glove box works great and it has two ways to change channels and the volume at the driver's side and on the swim platform. These ALL work great.

Someone called and asked if it had been painted. Yes, the top right (drivers side) has had body work and paint work.

This Cobalt does have a table.

The winner of this eBay auction of this Cobalt boat will pay the sales tax in Indiana for 7% and obtain a rebuilt Indiana title from dealer in Modoc, Indiana. The title is ready. You are buying this Cobalt from a dealer. IF you are a dealer you will not have to pay the Indiana sales tax.

Rebuilt Title

This boat came off the trailer when the trailer strap broke and this boat went into a grassy ditch off of the trailer. The bottom hull has NO cracks.

Bimini Top

The Bimini top has three sets of stainless steel poles for three positions (low, straight up and leaning forward to block the sun).

I have two different Bimini tops in red and blue colors.

Cobalt (Eagle) Trailer - valued at $6,000

The tires are in great condition.

The wheel wells are fiberglass and both sides have cracks, but could be repaired easily.

What does this Cobalt need?

A. It ran great and worked fine for us last week on Dale Hollow Lake. It starts easy and comes up to speed nice. It was a joy to drive.

B. It has minor chips that could be repaired and painted.

WARRANTY - NO - this 2000 Cobalt is being sold as is without warranty where is.

PAYMENT - full payment must be made within seven (7) business days. Electronic payment transferring funds into my account must be cleared before the title is released. My bank requires 10 business days of holding the title if you send the funds with a certified check and five days for electronic funds.
