This is a very nice 3 owner Chris Craft. I have all of the original paperwork and the certificate of title from the factory. It has twin 140 HP Mercruisers. That is the Chevrolet 4 cylinder" Iron Duke " as they called them. One of the best and most reliable engines out there with Alpha 1 outdrives. This boat is very original and very well kept. It spent it's whole life upuntil 3 years ago in a building with rack storage at amarina on Lake Erie in Ohio.Alwaysfreshwater. I have kept in on a boat lift under a covered dock since I purchased it 3 years ago. It has never been left in the water over night or out in the weather until 2 weeks ago when I brought it home to sell it. Engine hours are 1125 and 1175. They both run great. The first owner trolled with just one engine running to save gas. I can start them both up on a garden hose and muffs. The second owner did not use it for fishing and neither have I. Ireplaced a tachomete, a batter, and all 4 trailer tires. It has 2 live wells and 2 bait wells. Rod holders. Head. Ship to shore radio. Depth sounder. Canvas. Teak swim platform. Teak trim. Sleeps 4. Small sink, stove and fridge.( the door hinge on the fridge needs repair ) original interior is in great shape. Gell coat could use a buffing, but it is in very good shape for the age.Trailer is very heavy duty but it needs paint and brake line work. Tires, lights, and light wiring is all new. It tows great.
All in all. This is a very nice and reliable boat for off shore fishing or just cruising around. Always good to have twins to make sure a trip back to the marina is a safe one.
