For sale is my 1958 Chris Craft Cavalier with a rebuilt KL 6 cylinder. Hull number V-17-746.
I had the previous owner run the motor for me when purchased; it has not been run since, nor have I put it in the water. It's been in my shop for several years awaiting restoration - other projects will keep me from getting to thisboat anytime soon.
I have receipts (from previous owner) for a bit over $2K in work to the motor, and additional documentation and extras come with the boat, including a documentation package form the mariner's museum. Thetrailer is only "okay" at best; fender have been bent clear tires that are evidently oversized.Trailer wouldneed some attention to make it worthy of a road trip of any significant distance.
The boat itself appears to be solid, though the previous owner evidently did some things that should be reversed in my opinion, e.g. the outside carpet should be replaced with more period correct material/flooring. The upholstery looks pretty good, windshield is cracked and a pattern.
The Cavalier has nice lines, and could make for a very nice boat. Priced to sell, especially considering the motor is worth the asking price, or nearly so. Will make for a nice, relatively easy vintage boatproject for someone. Soldas is, where is. Please ask questions.
BTW - No title... bill of sale only for both boat and trailer.
