1963 Chris Craft 20' vintage wood boat

Description

1963 20' Thompson by Chris Craft Sea-V lapstrake vintage inboard wooden boat and trailer. Very Rare! Model is V99 Destiny CS. $8500 or best offer. Clean title and current registration in Minnesota. The hull ID is TUCZ 20 3528 N Exterior Stripped, sanded, caulked, primed and repainted navy blue on top row, and white below. Below the water line was professionally stripped, refinished, and painted with anti-fouling blue paint. Transom has been stripped, sanded, stained and varnished. Engine and Prop Original Ford 221 cubic Inch Interceptor 140 H.P 4-cycle V8. Originally spec'd to 40 MPH. 2 barrel carburetor has been professionally rebuilt with an electric choke added. Recently changed oil, oil filter, and plugs. Removed and cleaned fuel tank, replaced fuel pump, carb and inline filters, and added a water separator. Professionally rebuilt alternator/generator and regulator. Newer Battery. Rebuilt water pump. Starts easily and runs great. Original Eaton outdrive. Outdrive rotates 360% for beaching and trailering. Outdrive has been re-lubed and painted. Instruments & Lighting All instruments and lighting works with the exception of the Tach and voltage meter. Has a swivel spotlight, and a under bow light. Interior Most woodwork has been re-stained and varnished. New carpet with new vinyl underlayment. Access doors have been rebuilt with new wood. Plywood under helm has been replaced. Side walls have been replaced. Trailer Shore Liner shallow launch trailer. It has been sandblasted, undercoated with Por-15, and Epoxy painted. New trailer lighting has been installed. Repacked wheel bearings. Replaced spare tire. New winch rope. Has hydraulic safety break, but currently not working. Other Includes Classic Accessories cover; collapsible, removable awning. I also have left over paint, stain, and varnish that will go with the boat. New bilge pump and siphon valve. Also includes 6 life vests, rope ladder, fire extinguisher, throwable flotation device, emergency flag, dock ropes, anchor & rope, extra prop.
