Description
This is a completely restored Chris Craft Sportsman Classic Wood Boat. It is unique because many of these boats came with straight 6 cylinder engines and this has a Chris Craft 283 V8 developing 185 HP.
The boat was restored by a professional restorer with the following procedures.
Boat was completely stripped and any weak or damaged boards were replaced. Bottom was re-caulked and coated with one coat of West system epoxy and then painted with Petit bottom paint.
The carb, fuel pump, generator, and starter were all rebuilt. Engine cover was rebuilt.
Boat was coated with 12 coats of marine varnish. All upholstery was completely redone.
Boat comes with full mooring cover. Trailer is included and has been repainted, and rewired and new lights installed. Tires are good.
Boat is sold as is.
