Third owner selling this nice steel hull boat. Very spacious. Boat is 52' with a 3' swim deck, making the overall 55'. Three staterooms and a large salon with an original Chris Craft high low table. Galley is full beam. The boat spent its first 30 years or so on lake Washington, where it was taken out of water and stored in a special built barn whenever not in use. This boat has seen very little salt water. Also had the Capec monitoring system since new, still working and protecting the hull from electrolysis, plus zincs were added as additional insurance. Decking is in good condition teak aft, fore covered and sealed with elastomeric and sound.
Twin 8V71 Detroit diesel engines that run excellent, with approx 5,000 hours on them. Fiberglass exhaust with stainless steel risers. There are two fuel tanks with a combined capacity of 450 gallons. Newer fresh water tanks with over 200 gallon capacity. 26 mile Radar works.
15kw Onan generator, runs well and works well. 2500 watt inverter, newer water heater. 2 crown electric heads, 1 inoperable but has a new electric motor.
32,000 BTU Webasto hot water system works. 15k Onan generator runs and works great. Working Tappen 5000 stove in excellent shape. Working 19 cubic foot refrigerator. 50" 3D TV hidden in custom built cabinet.
Boat has had many upgrades since new. Has great potential. There are batteries to be replaced, There are hull repairs to be made and a repainting, but nothing like a total bottom needed, not even close, Most of the hull and bottom is sound but as mentioned will have to locate and repair anything needed..
