Here is the story of this boat:
Was build it late 2013 and I bought it new from Boats Unlimited NC in March 2014. Used just a couple of summers at the local lakes, never saw salt water.In 2017 I decided to sell it for a business opportunity, listed on E-bay and a person in NJ bought it, it was beginning of April in NC and before the boat was shipped I checked that everything was ok after winterizing. Tuned the engine on, let it run for a couple of minutes and next day the boat was delivered in NJ. That night was the last freeze of the winter. The result of that was a cracked engine block and headers. I payed the money back to the purchaser and the boat was sent back to NC where it stayed in a storage until mid 2018 when I decided to purchase a brand new long block (engine), matching exactly the casting model of the original Volvo Penta block. I swapped all parts from one engine to the other, but for absolutely lack of time, I just completed this swap by 2019. When I turned the engine on I realized that the brand new engine had a bent crankshaft (I know.. never saw that too!). Contacting the engine seller (Rapido Marine in FL) he gave me two options: return the entire engine or swap only the crankshaft. I decided to swap the crankshaft only since it would be easier. So again I took the engine out of the boat and after finding some time to swap it I finally finished it by late 2019. When I turned it on, it was giving me some errors in the computer and since Volvo Penta`s software is proprietary I had to take it to the dealer. The Dealer took forever to check all errors and Winter came back, So I placed the boat in the storage again. Couple of weeks back I took the boat out from storage and tried to fire it up but the idling is not stable and the engine is not running normally. Since I do not have more time (and patience) to deal with it, I decided to sell as is.The boat itself has only 40 hours!!!! NOT A SINGLE DETAIL other the engine issue, It comes with a Garmin GPS/Sonar, Mobile Radio, Cover, Igloo and lots more!Trailer is in perfect condition, has a never used spare tire. The little front plastic wheel is broken off, only detail on trailer.All of the story above can be checked as the complete true. (videos, emails, pics etc)
I`m asking a VERY reasonable price for this boat, With some knowledge or right scanning tools it could be a very quick (and cheap) fix.
