In the last two years, as a master certified mechanic, I have replaced the 305 engine with a 350 Corvette engine, blueprinted and balanced. It was built using TRW Hypereutectec pistons, 10.5 to 1 compression, 350/350 hydraulic cam, rebuilt heads with 2.02/1.60 high performance valves, TRW rod and main bearings, hi volume oil pump, new water pump, fuel pump, HEI ignition and Holley carburetor, plugs. Both upper and lower exhaust manifolds were replaced and treated with Ospho, then painted inside with PRO-15 rust preventative paint which stops rust from building up within manifolds; engine runs between 180-190 degrees. Also installed was a closed cooling system with antifreeze, new plugs and plug wires, rebuilt external water pump, rebuilt transom cylinders and cylinder hoses, gimbal bearing to stabilize engine to transom, two new batteries, two new U-joints on shaft, and new belts and hoses. Trailer repairs include replacement of the wood beams, stainless steel calipers, brake pads, hoses, master cylinder, rotors with new bearings, and all 4 tires with good spare. Since engine was rebuilt, there are less than 40 hours of run time. Boat has been stored out of the water and covered. It is a comfortable and roomy deck boat that holds up to 14 passengers, has two fresh water showers, a head, plenty of storage, front and rear ladders, rear platform, two tables, and canopy. Canopy and seat cushions in good condition.
Boat is stored in Pompano Beach. Call (954) 242-0507 for further information or to see.
