2012 Chaparral 246 SSi w/ Wakeboard Tower and Flushing Head

This is a beautiful, low hours, perfectly cared for, freshwater 2012 Chaparral 246SSI. I am the 2nd owner. The first owner is a friend of mine who owned the boat for less than 1 year. I have owned it ever since. No expense has been spared on maintenance. I have always done everything the shop has recommended. I believe it has almost every option. Some of the options that stand out are:

I have always stored the boat inside in heated storage. It has never been in saltwater. It has 208 hours on it. The boat is rated for 14 passengers and has been a lot of fun for us. It is great for everything from wakeboarding to tubing to just cruising. The flushing head is a great option for full days on the lake. This boat is in fantastic shape. I can't imagine one in any better condition other than a new one.
