Bought in June to spend summer on with kids. It was family owned, and operated on in the family owned marina since new in 1988.Stored out of water mostly when not used. Before us, used about 3 times a year. New bottom job.Comes with 6 or so life jackets. Brand new power cord and brand new splitter. A bunch of ropes. Buoys. Old maps and charts. So....it IS in perfect condition. No problems with the engines or anything you could worry about. Since we live on on it, messy, not dirty. Clean freak! I have children and there's just not enough room. No leaks. All hatches work. Engines are sweet. Safe 100%trust with my life, you can imagine bc my kids are on it with me. Bean is 12'4" . Draft 2'9". Clearance 9feet. Meticulously maintained.Straight imboards. Twin 454 engines. Mercruiser engine. Port engine replaced runs great. Starboard original. Again runs beautifully! Never any issues. 1708 engine hours. Registered vessel. All she needs is a new owner. We are very honest and cool people ????
