This 1989 Carver aft cabin motor yacht can literally provide you with a home on the water complete with all the comforts of home. Large Master aft stateroom with walk around island queen size bed, plenty of storage cabinets, counter space includes vanity mirror, full height double door hanging closet. Master stateroom has over 6' head room, cork floor and private head, shower with tub and seat. Main Salon has sleeper sofa, berber squares flooring, two chairs and cocktail tables. Galley has 9.6 size refrigeration, freezer, double sink, ample storage cabinets, three burner electric burners and microwave. Across from galley is large dinette table with booth style seating for four adults and two children. Table lowers to create large sleeping area for two adults. Sliding wood door to forward head with shower on port side and sink with mirror and handing closet on starboard side. Forward cabin has private door leading into v=berth sleeping area.
Plenty of sunshine seating on aft with just two steps up to bridge with captains chair and controls on starboard side with seating on port side and in front of captains chair. Bridge area offers seating for six plus storage cabinets and counter top area.
Radar, VHF radio with duel station controls, (bridge and salon) provides intercom communication. Dash includes engine gages and controls. This boat handles very well with it's four blade props and large rudders. With both engines running it's easy to maneuver and dock.
There are three reverse cycle air conditioners which may need re-charging. There is also a generator, which may need a tune up. Hot water heater, and hot and cold fresh water provided by hose hook up to dock water supply. Two holding tanks with deck pump out access as well as macerator pump and valve. 30 amp power cord for dock hook up to 110v power.Mechanically this boat needs a Starboard engine rebuilding or replacement. The starboard engine has a new mechanical fuel pump, and starter, however the salt water manifolds, raisers, elbows, hoses and carburetor are in need of replacement. May be better option to replace with rebuilt Mercury engine. Boat has about 125 gallons of gas on board in two tanks.

Once out of club marina, you can run her on one engine or continue with Sea Tow to your destination.
