Selling in great condition 1978 Boston Whaler 11 with a 2-stroke Johnson 25 HP. The engine is very efficient. The boat runs great- gets up on a plane quickly. This Boston Whaler is a great unsinkable quality boat for a bays, lakes, rivers, or tender for a larger vessel. Presently used as Yacht Tender- owned since 1983- tows easily at 14 knots.

The Whaler was purchased in 1981 from the original owner and have used the Whaler as a Yacht Tender- Tons of fun, very stable & also makes a great little fishing boat. Selling due to purchase of an inflatable.

The hull has no soft spots however damage to port bow was repaired after original purchase. The trailer shown in the photos is included. The trailer accepts a 1 7/8 Hitch Ball.

The boat is equipped with a starboard mounted Stainless Helm Wheel. Mahogany varnished woodwork & bench seat (Interior mahogany could use re-varnishing).

This style Boston Whaler is not made anymore weighs less than the new style and the 2-stroke Johnson has more power also lighter than the new 4-stroke engines.
