1986 17' Montauk Boston Whaler, Johnson 90hp, Trailer, Bimini & Forward Shelter

Being offered is this Classic 1986 Boston Whaler 17' Montauk. This boat was owned by the State of Colorado Division of Wildlife and has been well maintained. Unfortunately it looks like they decided to sell because of engine problems. It is outfitted specifically for them, and has the original packing list, along with boat & motor owners manuals, and original bill of sale (no trailer title is included). The packing list shows 27 standard items installed, and 16 options installed. Overall the boat looks to be in fairly good shape. All Teak wood is original and in decent condition, just needing some refinishing. Fairly unique is the inclusion of the forward shelter made by William J. Mills Co. Sailmakers & Co., as well as the Bimini Top. The forward shelter canvas is decent, however there are a couple of holes that should be patched. Binini Top is excellent. The boat was converted to oil gas mix, and includes two large gas tanks. Seat needs to be recovered.The hull looks great with no significant damage. The Aft Starboard Quarter has some trim damage as seen in the pictures. The motor is missing the spark plugs and one of the heads has been removed for inspection. They must have decided they didn't want to spend the money to repair.I have quite a few more pictures I can send if requested, and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
