Both motors are salt water versions with back flush. They have hydraulic steering and are mounted on an Armstrong motor bracket which adds about 3 feet to the hull length. The two main batteries have an electric charger and a solar charger.
In August 2016 the 76 gallon fuel tank was removed and cleaned and new fuel lines installed
July 2017, I installed a new saltwater version 36Volt, 72" shaft Minn Kota Riptide Ulterra with Auto Stow/deploy and I-Pilot Link that trolls the boat at 1.8 MPH. The 3, 200amp deep cycle batteries, are charged/maintained with a Minnkota charger.
The boat has two Big John electric down riggers, Sony satellite stereo system, portapotty for the ladies,
live bait well, and two deck chairs.
This is a dry deck boat meaning that the transom has been raised and an Armstrong motor mount installed so that following seas do not flood the cockpit. The fishing arch supports a solar panel that charges the two motor batteries.

The Caulkins trailer has 5 new tires. These boats are heavy duty double hull construction and will not sink even if you cut them in half. I bought this boat and set it up for fishing with the intentions of running a charter boat on Montana lakes. My retirement situation has changed and I am selling the boat. Whether you are tuna fishing 75 miles off the coast of San Diego, salmon fishing off the Oregon coast or fishing inland lakes, this boat is designed to handle big water. On plane it tops out at about 40 MPH. The Drotto latch allows the boat to be launched or retrieved by one person. Charter boat or personal use, this boat has all you need for fun and games on the water with full side curtains and Bimini top for inclement weather. The hull has a few blemishes, nothing serious and could stand a good buffing. The wood work is in the process of being refinished. The open deck area is about 8 feet. Heavy snow last winter split the boat cover and it is now covered with a heavy duty truck canvas. Weight of boat and trailer is about 5000 pounds. It pulls good at 70-75 on good road coming back from San Diego, but on Montana's secondary roads I run 60-65. Overall length from hitch to prop is about 29 feet. Do not let the size of the boat intimidate you, it is just as easy to tow and launch as a 19 or 20 boat.
I will throw in all the extra gear like cannon balls, flashers, spare prop, 15 gallon auxiliary fuel tank, spare parts, and life jackets. I am open to offers, but do not waste my time low balling me. I am willing to deliver this boat in the lower 48 states for reasonable transportation charges. Please call Larry if you have questions.
This boat is listed elsewhere and I reserve the right to close auction prior to any sale.
