2006 bayliner 185 br runabout

Description

This is a great and fun boat that has only ever been in a lake (never touched salt water).
This boat has low hours (maybe around 100 tops) because it is only seasonal use and has been stored and missed about 5 seasons in the least 9 years I have owned it since new.
Mechanically it is perfectly sound and has always been appropriately winterized and summarized prior to storage or use.
So mechanically it is in great shape and runs amazing.
Here's what it does need though and why it is priced low for a newer boat:
There are 6 seats that need to be recovered. (I have looked into this and it willcost approximately $900 and I can give you the quote and company to do this).
The reason for this is that it was recently stored for 3 years and improperly am now finding out so mildew and mold ate at the seats.
The radio needs to be fixed or just rewired correctly, not sure.
The starboard side windshield needs to be replaced. (Also victim of storage trouble).
There are some scratches here and there on the hull but there are just surface scratches that don't affect anything. Boat still looks great on the water.
The trailer needs a fender and a couple of lights replaced. ( I may do this if I find the right parts.)

For not a lot of money you can have a fairly new boat on the water in no time. Hopefully live in a place where you can use it year round.
