***Important Note: Purchasing boat will give new owner rights to take over slip B-11, which is at the end of the pier closest to the boat house (bathrooms/showers) with an unobstructed view of the lake as shown in the pictures.
This slip, combined with the the resort's facilities makes for a truly special arrangement. For a dramatically lower cost than purchasing and maintaining a condo, you have a place on the water with a view of the lake and easy access to all of the facilities of the resort. On the same resort property, you find indoor and outdoor swimming pools, golf, spa, mini-golf, restaurants, and more. Further, there is a wonderful grassy area all along the marina to relax, play yard games, enjoy a beverage or cookout and have a picnic.

This boat is a pleasure to spend time on, host and/or stay over on given its unique and efficient design. It has an open, combined salon and aft deck for socializing and hosting. The salon is covered with a hard top and the aft deck by a bimini. Curtains surround the aft deck where screens or windows can be rolled down. A dedicated, outdoor stereo is also included.
Underneath, the cabin sleeps 4 in 2 private sleeping ares (aft and forward bow) and 2 more on drop down dining table for a total of 6. The cabin is heated and air conditioned. It also includes a head, shower, electric stove, microwave, stereo and flat screen TV.
