21ft Bayliner cuddie cabin boat with Shorelander trailer

I am having to sell the boat due to an unexpected expense. My husband loves working on and restoring boats and was planning on doing that with this one but now we have to sell it. The trailer comes with it and we have just put a brand new set of 4 matching tires plus we bought a matching spare tire to go with it. The tires have less than 10 miles on them. Just from the store to home. the tires alone were close to 500 dollars. Also included is a set of stainless steel fishing rod holders. The trailer and rollers are great condition. The trailer alone is worth more than the starting price of both boat and trailer. As far as the boat goes we were told when we bought it that all it needed was a water pump. We can not confirm this since my husband is not a boat engine mechanic. So it will have to be sold as is for that reason. The hull of the boat is in really good condition for its age and for the most part so are the exterior seats. The cuddie cabin is what will need the most work. There is no leaks or signs of mold in it. Most of the work will be upholstery. This would be a really nice boat for the money if someone puts in the time and effort into it. Like I was saying though the trailer itself is worth more than what the starting price is.
