Well maintained, mechanically sound and in good condition with normal wear and tear.Seat tops do have some staining caused, I think, by the sun and rain interacting with the original brown material cover.The staining has not got any worse since the cover was replaced by the green single cover - see pictures. Engine has approximately 200 hours. Hauled out every year to check hull, engine/outdrive and zincs; and hull painted when necessary (last painted in 2012, picture is from 2010) Hull cleaned and zincs checked/replaced every 3 months by diver.
