New parts include 2 new/rebuilt transom assemblies (2010), new captains chair (2009), new cockpit seating upholstery (2010), updated saloon upholstery(2006), refinished props (2014) Equipment includes inverter,2 batteries (less than 5 yrs.old) anchor chain, rode,4 docklines,3 fenders, full camper canvas (old),VHF, 30amp. shore power,depthmeter, engine synchro gauge This is not an as new boat , she has dings. Alcohol stove is not assembled, pressure water needs new hot water heater. Boat is at her slip on lake Champlain and is used by owner and is in good operating condition.
