Professionally maintained (have all service records) turn-key, family boat. We spend every weekend either cruising the bay or anchoring in Potters Cove, including annual trips to Newport, Wickford and Borden Light in Fall River. The re-built FW cooled 260 HP engine has 240 hours. Boat comes with compass, Hummingbird GPS, marine radio, hot water heater, 30 amps shore power cord, microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner alcohol/electric stove, stand up head w/shower, 2 speaker CD/stereo, a full canvas enclosure and an aft cabin with a queen size blow up mattress that allows for a comfortable sleep for 5 people. She also comes with a 125 gas tank, 20 gallon waste holding tank, 30 gallon fresh water holding tank and a fresh water hose hook up for a constant water supply when dockside.
