Although the boat hasn't been used in a year or so, it does have valid/current tags through 2016. We just got it out of storage, charged up the newer batteries (about two years old), and it fired right up. We ran it for awhile, in the driveway with muffs, and everything seems good/normal (mechanically, the boat has always been solid). I bought the boat a few years back from the original owners (elderly couple). According to them, it was only used in the great lakes (no salt water). The boat hasn't been thoroughly gone over in a little while, so I'm sure little things need to be addressed. For example, but not limited to, the compass being broken (I have brand new one, in the box, included with the sale of the boat --- $150.00). Also, the built in depth sounder screen acts up so installing a fish finder with a depth sounder would be advised. The gas gauge sometimes floats around and there is a minor chip in one of the cupboards. The factory trailer is included, it works great, but needs a little attention (e.g. some surface rust, the trailer lights/brakes sometimes act-up --- we'll include a new wiring/light kit, and things of that nature). It had an oil change done last season and the bellows (very expensive/important/a huge safety feature) were done right before we bought the boat. I don't know when the last tune up occurred, so its probably due.
