I'm not interested in your car/truck with over 100k miles that you think is worth $40k. Finally, this is not a fire sale, it's listed for almost half of market value because I don't want to keep it and not use it for another year, but I don't mind keeping it and listing it next spring. It will only cost me $300 -400 to keep it until next spring and list it in the high $30's. I turned down $30k this past spring. Hope this answer most of those silly questions.
