Great looking modern design cuddy! This boat is in good condition for a 1995. My family used it only a couple times this year, and we just do not have the time to justify keeping it with the annual maintenance and marina costs. I/O Runs excellent and powered by a Mercruiser 5.0 Liter V8 with plenty of power. Clean title in hand. It is maintained by the Marina where it is located and stored year round. This year, the marina has performed maintenance, including bottom paint, spark plugs, wires, 2 marine batteries, distributer cap, throttle cable, and basic tune-up. Current registration until 2015, and the storage is paid up through April of 2015, where it can stay if you want. Included in this storage is a rack valet service, where the marina will put the boat in the water with an hour advanced notice. As for the boat, she is 24 feet (including swim platform). There is no hour meter on this model, but the marina mechanics assume around 400. Included will be a 300 ft. rode and anchor, 4 fender bumpers, dock lines, tan canvas bimini top (including front and side windows), full blue deck canvas cover, and 6 life jackets. It has a separate head room with a porta-potti, and separate private sleeping quarters under the cockpit. the sitting area also converts to a bed, so altogether it sleeps 4 comfortably. It has a s.s. sink, microwave, refrigerator, shore power, small windlass, stereo with cabin and deck marine speakers (cabin speakers currently have no sound, but deck speakers sound great), hydraulic trim tabs, boarding ladder, digital depth sounder, bilge pump, marine horn, light bar, fishing rod holders, compass, new deep cycle dual marine batteries (may need charged due to storage), and navigation lights. Comes with a FULL tank of gas. The deck upholstery is in decent condition without any rips or tears, and interior cushions are slightly discolored, but do not have any tears. The cabin is carpeted, and the deck also has the optional button in carpet, and comes with a screw in table for the deck bench seats. Overall this boat is in good condition, mechanically sound, and average wear for its age. It may just need a good cleaning/reconditioning, but it is water ready. Before April 2015 you can pick it up with your own trailer or arrange to have it shipped to you. If you want to keep it at the Marina after April just call them for accommodations.
