Here is a nice project boat. Has been sitting for a long time. Purchased from insurance company. Hull is in good shape. Cockpit and upholstery is not bad. Cabin appears to have been wrapped and unvented leading to a lot of moisture damage to the fabric, veneer and misc sensitive items. Video shows the extent of the repair needed. Engine was winterized but from sitting it was seized. It did free up and it starts and runs now but has a noise. The outdrive shifts fine. Trim tabs work. Bellows and shift boot is good.
