Up for auction is a 1998 Bayliner Capri 1804 SF 18' Bowrider.The boat runs and steers. It has a Force (Mercury) 120 HP motor that starts and gets up on plane easily. The motor has tilt and trim but is not oil injected.The boat has a blue bimini top.The console has a working gas gauge, tachometer, speedometer and battery gauge.There is an AM/FM stereo with CD player and two speakers and works fine.There are three small storage compartments in the bow and one larger storage compartment in the hull behind the seats.The boat has a mount for a trolling motor (not included) and a Humminbird fish finder. I have a Humminbird fish finder 525 that fits the mount and comes with the boat. It needs a transducer and additional installation.I had a two battery switch system installed. Put it on "ALL" when you are heading out and the motor will charge both batteries. Put it on "1" when you reach your destination and are using the stereo, livewell, and trolling motor, etc. Put it on "2" before you start the motor to leave. This way you always have a fresh battery to start the motor and get you back home.The galvanized trailer is in good shape. The tie down straps are like new. The running, brake and signal lights work. I had a tongue hinge installed that helps a lot with storage.This boat will fit in a two-car garage.The boat is approximately 17 years old. It has all of the nicks, scuffs and scratches that you would expect of a boat that age. There are also missing parts and accessories. For example, there are snaps along the bow for a canvas cover that I do not have (and never did). There are also post holes for fishing seats and posts that I do not have (and never did).Overall, I think this boat is in good shape for its age.
