Up for auction is the beautiful yacht. It is a 1983 Bayliner 3870 Explorer in great condition. This yacht has been well maintained both inside and out with regular maintenance done on engine and equipment. Please read the entire description. It has most all the information I think one would need. If you do happen to have a question in addition please don't hesitate to email us. Recently Surveyed at $85,000 with a total Replacement value of $400,000 VESSEL DESCRIPTION PRINCESS TATIANNA is a production built BAYLINER 3870 EXPLORER with a raked and flared bow, moderate deadrise, single stepped chine motor yacht. The stern is plumb. There is a swim step at the water line. The vessel is diesel powered with two engines. Tunnels are set into the bottom in way of the shafts. VESSEL ARRANGEMENT Forward via a step down into the living quarters, is a chain locker. Next aft is the masters stateroom with an Island Queen Berth. A hatch overhead allows ventilation as well as a means of escape. There is storage overhead forward with hinged openings. Entertainment system speakers are located here. Vertical surfaces and the overhead are sheathed in patterned vinyl coverings. The deck is carpeted. Below deck forward is the non integral potable water holding tank holding tank. Just aft and partitioned is the non integral MSD holding tank. Access to the master stateroom is thru a passage on centerline. To port of the stateroom is a bathing tube constructed of FRP. Access is from a sliding door. To starboard is a head with access only from the master stateroom. Found here is a vanity, sink, and marine toilet. To port aft of the tub compartment is the guest head with vanity, sink, marine toilet. Access is by the centerline passageway. A sliding door here also accesses the bath. Aft to port is the guest stateroom with queen size berth, hanging locker and drawers. Access is by the centerline passageway. To starboard is the galley found with Hillerange propane range, microwave oven, double sink, New Tundra refrigerator, dual voltage. The galley is in a U-shape arrangement opening to the passageway. Stepping up to starboard and aft is the main deck control console found with manual helm pump, electronics arrayed in the overhead, DC breaker panel, engine and steering controls.
