Baja 290 Wide Body Yacht

Baja 290 Yacht project boat 1993 Model year with 1997 triple axle aluminum I-beam trailer. Boat was in storage on trailer with the bow down, water collected in cabin and rotted floor. Also caused interior to get moldy. Water does not appear to have gotten any deeper than floor level. Engines look great and run great, generator runs and makes power but it will need a carb rebuild. Boat is loaded with equipment; T/5.7 Mercruiser Magnums with Gen II Alphas, one counter rotating, tie bar and stainless steel propellers. Quicksilver/Generac 5.0KW Generator, marine air conditioning, fridge, ice maker, windlass, cooktop, micro which are all currently working. Stbd drive trim is not working and bell housing is cracked. I will throw in a bell housing that buyer can install. Remember this boat IS a project and needs work!!! Boat did NOT sink!!! Interior is moldy from water getting in boat while stored with bow down-cabin door was closed. Boat sat like this for a year. Cabinetry all appears to be in great shape, floor will have to be dealt with. We have not attempted to clean cabin interior, I think a SERIOUS scrubbing with the proper chemicals would yield good results. If I was going to get into this project I would plan on cleaning with the thought in mind that the cabin interior will most likely need to be dyed/sprayed. Spray dye is available at local parts stores and is easy to use. Cockpit interior is brittle from weather. 500 hrs on gen and 800hrs on engines. Freshwater boat!!!!!
